Awareness measures

 Act safety at level crossing - гармын аюулгїй байдлын акт
 Together with Ministry of Road and transport we are planning to organize the conference.
 press conference and report on the Media.
 campaign in the public transportation company. And made a lecture about level crossing in the elementary schools and transport university.
 We also planning to do blood donor day.
 Use of the ILCAD/EU Video 2010 “Just in time”
 Use of the ILCAD video montage 2011
 Use of the ILCAD video 2012 with children (long version: 2’) and shorter version
 Use of ILCAD posters (posters with adults, posters with children, and 2013 posters with young people and distraction
 Made a press conference about International Level Crossing Awareness day in the Media Conference Center. And participated 18 journalists from newspaper and reporters, broadcasters from MN25, MNB, UBS, SBN, TV5, TV9.
 Did interview about International Level Crossing Awareness day on New World television and SBN.
 Provided campaign in 7th of May 2013 and in the campaign participated 5374 people.
 3 times published ILCAD’s poster on Daily news, Today, Democracy newspapers and 2 times on Ulaanbaatar times newspaper and printed 150000 copies of ILCAD posters for the social organizations.
 Mr. Yu.Nyamjargal did interview about the International Level Crossing Awareness day on the Today, Daily news, Democracy, Ulaanbaatar times newspapers and 63000 copies of this newspapers granted in society.
 Distributed over 24683 promotional materials for drivers and passengers of public transport.
 Conducted an advertising campaign for the children of kindergarten and school children and students and the number of participants was 26515 people.
 We 36 times showed ILCAD’s video on MNB, MN25, UBS Broadcasting companies. And totally showed 2664 minutes videos.
 Total insight of the our Railway Level Crossing Facebook page: 6235 times.
 From Railway Level Crossing Facebook page 2684 times watched ILCAD’s video “ Just in Time”, 1882 watched “Kids video”, 1292 times watched Drawing contest.
 175 times totally 280 minutes ILCAD’s video we showed on local televisions.
 1047 times made 996 minutes advertisement on Radio.
 Totally 15069 drivers participated in promotion campaign.
 The number of vehicles which contains a promotion materials – 145 vehicles.
 At the level crossing we distributed promotional materials for the 21115 vehicles.
 We cooperated with NTV television and 2 times made a program “Excellent driver”, and with MN25 television we made a program “Unwished war” 2 times for 10 minutes.
 With cooperate with TV5 and MN25 televisions we made a 20 minutes program “Act safely on Level crossing”.
 We organized Essay contest “Act Safely on Level crossing” and totally participated 1300 students.
 Also organized drawing contest. Totally participated 256 kids.
